Here’s how it works:

Things you do:

Hand over your garage portfolio (or part of it) to us to manage. Even derelict and seemingly ‘hopeless’ garages are welcome.
Receive increased revenue every month.

Things we do:

Refurbish your garages, including things like new doors, CCTV, and a new coat of paint.
Market and re-let them to local tenants who need parking or storage.
Collect rent and manage non-payers.
Respond to maintenance issues and anti-social behaviour, with tenants reporting these directly to us through an online portal.

There’s just one contract. Straightforward and OJEU approved.
