Things you do:
- Hand over your garage portfolio (or part of it) to us to manage. Even derelict and seemingly ‘hopeless’ garages are welcome.
- Receive increased revenue every month.

- Refurbish your garages, including things like new doors, CCTV, and a new coat of paint.
- Market and re-let them to local tenants who need parking or storage.
